What is Power Breathing?

Power breathing is a controlled method of expanding, compressing and releasing the breath to build inner strength.

By expanding and contracting your lower abdomen muscles, you can harmonize your breathing with the internal rhythm of your body. Power breathing helps you breathe deeply and fully, forcing blood to the brain and the terminals of your body, which leaves you feeling alert, refreshed and energized.
